Un Chianti Classico de caractère, issu d’un assemblage centré sur le Sangiovese, signé Jarkko Peränen au domaine Candialle. Le millésime 2015, solaire et parfaitement équilibré, présente une robe rubis profonde et brillante. Le nez s’ouvre sur la cerise mûre, la prune et la framboise, accompagnées de notes de violette, d’herbes méditerranéennes et d’épices douces. En bouche, l’attaque est ample et souple, avec des tanins soyeux et une acidité vive qui apporte fraîcheur et énergie. La finale, longue et harmonieuse, révèle une belle complexité aromatique et un grand potentiel de garde.

A characterful Chianti Classico, crafted around Sangiovese by Jarkko Peränen at Candialle. The outstanding 2015 vintage, both sunny and balanced, shows a brilliant deep ruby color. The bouquet reveals ripe cherry, plum, and raspberry, lifted by violet, Mediterranean herbs, and gentle spice. On the palate, it is broad and supple, with silky tannins and lively acidity providing freshness and vibrancy. The long, harmonious finish lingers with layered flavors and excellent aging potential.
