A great Premier Cru from Morey-Saint-Denis, organically and biodynamically farmed by Aurélien Verdet. The 2019 vintage, ripe yet balanced, shows a brilliant deep ruby color. The bouquet reveals layered aromas of black cherry, ripe raspberry, and redcurrant, lifted by floral, spicy, and subtle oak notes. On the palate, it combines depth and finesse: silky texture, refined tannins, vibrant freshness, and a long finish lingering on red fruit and gentle spice. A refined and characterful wine with excellent aging potential.
